The Problem I Have With Essential Oils

Let me first say that I LOVE essential oils.  I will use them every day until the day I die.  They have become a huge blessing to me, my family, and my farm.  What I am specifically talking about is this “health trend” we have in America.  We know we are supposed to be healthy but very few put in the work to get and STAY healthy.  Now with the uprising trend of essential oils, this seems to be our new “fix”.  We want things fast and if we don’t see immediate results, we give up.  So many people are claiming EOs are the end all to solve everyone’s problems…..and that is the very problem I have with them.

I am an advocate for healthy living.  I truly believe our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made.   The intricacies of our bodily design are mesmerizing and leave me in absolute awe every time I learn something more about them.  I also believe that our bodies are capable of healing themselves given the right environment.  However, there are no shortcuts to health.  No supplement or oil is going to make you get off the couch and get your body moving.  No oil or supplement is going to give your body the pure nutrition it needs.  They are buffers…..wonderful buffers!  You can slather your body in all the oils you want and take all the supplements you desire but if you are not concentrating on the triangle of wellness, you are missing the whole point of why we even have these amazing products.

I understand the marketing behind such claims, but I feel as stewards of the health industry we do it a disservice by glorifying the products and by not promoting the only effort that will make a lasting impact on people’s health…..the true triangle of wellness.  Nutrition from pure, organic foods, exercise (those that hate that word, think of it as fun sweating activity), and then supplements (in natural form, not synthetic…including oils).  Detoxifying the body through the bowels, urniary and lymphatic system, lungs, and skin is often not even mentioned in health consultations.  Nutritional deficiencies are largely associated with food intolerances and an unbalanced gut.  The pH of your body will determine how many nutrients your body can or cannot absorb.  Should I even begin talking about water intake?  People are going mad, slathering EOs all over their neck and head for headaches and are still drinking soda with little to no pure H2O.

I do applaude those that are trying to make a difference.  Educating people on daily chemicals that we are being exposed to, teaching people proper exercise, and helping people build healthy eating habits. HOWEVER, my inbox is FULL of people needing help because someone that watched an “oil” class or pinned a “pin” off Pinterest advised them and are now claiming themselves to be experts on Essential Oils.  Not only that, there are so many brands of EOs on the market that can do harm….especially when they are taken therapeutically.  That is very scary to me.  Suggesting that an oil or supplement can fix anything without a full health evaluation can discredit the people offering the advise and  give the product a bad name.  If people are not being consulted on their entire bodily wellness, then they are receiving a huge disservice.

So for now, I just try and continue to educate people on the “whole” body.  Essential Oils are just a small part of resources I have to help people.  Personally, the bioavailability alone that EOs bring to nutrients is intriguing. But for people claiming they are a cure-all…I would caution and advise you to save your money.  Understanding that our bodies run off energy and that there are many areas that need to be addressed is the first step in healing our bodies.

Before everyone loses their minds over this, there is nothing wrong with people diffusing oils and having their go-to bag of oils for themselves and their families. In fact, I encourage it.  I just have very strong opinions and concerns on the therapeutic nature of some oils that people are claiming to be health experts on and the advise given to them.

It is my life’s passion to help people break free from the normal we have come to accept in healthcare.  There are no shortcuts to healing our bodies nor is there a magic oil that will make all your symptoms go away.  In the natural health field, I take a look at your body as a whole and through consultations and evaluations, I begin piecing together the clues your body is trying to give.

When clients find their “aw-ha” moment, take their health back, and realize they have other avenues to explore, this is when I know I’ve done my job correctly.  If you are experiencing  a physical, emotional, or nutritional set-back please contact me!   I would love to begin a journey with you that could transform your life.

15 Days of Oils for Emotional Challenges

“Letting Go”

Today our culture seems to be in emotional turmoil. We have a “label” with a prescription for every emotion out there. It appears that our culture seems to be missing the understanding of the neural basis of emotion completely.

Our brain plays a very important role in interpreting and processing intense experiences, especially memories of fear and trauma. The limbic system include the amygdala, hippocampus, thalamus, hypothalamus, basal ganglia, and cingulate gyrus. The amygdala is the emotion center of the brain while the hippocampus plays an essential role in the formation of new memories about past experiences. We will focus primarily on the amygdala and the hippocampus part of the limbic system.

(1)

IMG_0412.jpg

To simplify it, olfaction or smell is a primary sense and is physically the closest to the limbic system structure of the amygdala and the hippocampus. The amygdala involves experiencing emotion and also emotional memory. The hippocampus is involved with working memory and short-term memory. This shows you how closely related our sense of smell is to emotion and memory.

There are many in-depth studies that link our emotional health to our physical health. Many doctors are even recognizing that emotional problems are linked to many diseases and poor physical conditions.  This gives me hope for our natural healing profession by looking into the complete mind, body, and spirit.

This course will be set up for 15 days, where I will be educating you on the limbic system and how biochemicals in essential oils can increase blood oxygen levels in the brain. When the amygdala receives both oxygenation and aroma, it is stimulated in ways that facilitate the release of stored emotional blocks.   Awwww, sweet release! When the combination of oxygenation and the aroma of EOs are released over time, in many cases, it has been shown to be effective for resolving unexplained physical problems both past and present.

We will go through a 15 day, 15-oil “Letting Go” meditation process that will help with releasing and allowing the up-lifting feeling of peace and emotional freedom to take root.

At the end of the class I will have options to further our study for oil uses for specific emotional challenges such as abuse, anxiety, depression, forgetfulness, mood swings, resentment, and stress.

I use essential oils as one small part of my natural health practice but when it comes to the emotional side of our health, essential oils are hands down my go-to method of resolve. The purity and potency of essential oils are highly critical. Yes, there are essential oils out there that can do more harm than good. I have researched for years to find a company that I trust completely and I recommend you do the same. It is very important to know how the part of the plant from which the oil was produced was grown, its soil condition, the fertilizer used, the geographical region, the climate and altitude in which it was grown, the harvesting methods, and distillation process. I use many oils therapeutically so the distillation process is very important to me.

The Fall Body Clean Up

It’s Cleansing Time!

Cleansing…..it can be a scary word for some people. We have accumulated an ever-mounting buildup of toxins, chemicals, pesticides, additives, and heavy metals that most of us unknowingly absorb from our food, cosmetics, air, water, and even from the mercury fillings in our mouth. Where do we even start?

The questions I generally get are, “What does cleansing entail? Or, will I have to give up what I do daily to cleanse properly? How often should I cleanse? Can I eat on a cleanse?” There are so many different programs and products out there that I can see why people can be so easily confused. This is why I am going to take you on a 6-week journey that will not only clean out your over used and abused body, but educate you about it as well.

All participants of the Fall Body Clean Up will learn about our body’s five elimination functions known as B.U.L.L.S….bowels, urinary, lymph, lungs, and skin. You will learn how to properly allow your body to cleanse along with feeding it the complete nutrition it so desperately needs.

Healing begins from the inside out. Cleansing gives the body the strength to fight off disease and break down the accumulation of toxins, mucous, and parasites that have built up over the years…..and yes, I did say parasites! Everyone has them in one form or another. For the most part, they go unnoticed until symptoms such as feeling achy and fatigued start.

We will concentrate on a program that requires a high consumption of water (that means distilled or purified), strong digestive enzymes, minerals, high-potency herbs, and therapeutic-grade essential oils. Why essential oils? Essential oils have a lipid-soluble makeup which give them the ability to break through cell membranes, break up undigested food, and digest toxins. They help with the bioavailability with minerals that our bodies are so desperately starved of and have been documented for their antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties.

You will learn the importance of total body health, in which we will focus on these areas:

-the body’s pH
-liver health
-water and nutrition intake
-glycemic load
-digestive enzymes
-fasting
-exercise
-breathing techniques
-skin care
-emotional attitude of cleansing

You will also be givin a menu to follow along with a detailed timeline of each program.

We will start with a two-week cleansing trio, focusing on the colon, liver, and kidneys. From there, we will take a one week break and then move right into at 21-day parasite cleanse.  After both cleanses, a “maintaining good health” class will be covered.

I hope to not only educate you but also encourage you to take responsibility for your health, knowing that maintenance and prevention is the key to a healthy life style.

How do you get started?

Click the link below to sign up for the nutritional class. In order to be eligible, you must purchase the cleansing systems through me or from a member of my team. At the end of the program, there will be a drawing for a beautiful desert mist diffuser that retails $83.88.

Oil Pulling and Why You Should Start Now!

I’m sure we all have our own versions of stories that our parents would share with us as children. You know, the stories that started out like….”when I was your age”.  I genuinely loved hearing these stories growing up.  Of course, my dad’s version of his childhood always portrayed him as the hero in some way.  We giggle about them now, but the lost art of story telling is missing in our families today.  We need to put the iPads and cell phones down long enough to hear from our elders about the past.  There is wisdom in those stories.  After all, I believe the greatest teacher of all is history.

My mom grew up on a dairy farm.  She was out of 11 children and worked hard every day of her childhood.  There are no ‘fish stories’ when it comes to her relieving her childhood.  Her mom died when she was 11, and with her being the oldest girl in the house, she resumed the role as ‘mother’.  With having four girls of my own, I have stopped and pondered this very hardship every time one of them has had an 11th birthday.  It’s hard to picture any of them running a household at that age.

Both my mom and dad lived in very rural areas.  Calling it ‘simple times’ is putting it lightly.  They didn’t have the luxury of Amazon or Pinterest to solve their problems.  What they did have was handed-down home remedies that I would frown upon.  Now, I feel foolish for not listening to some of their home remedies.  Oh, simple times…..where apple cider vinegar and baking soda could fix anything!

One particular convenience my parents didn’t have was toothpaste.  They simply used baking soda and at times, hydrogen peroxide.  I laugh at the thought of giving that combination to my children.  We use a natural toothpaste already that has a lovely mint flavor and they still squirm at it…..total first world problems!

Another home remedy that has fallen through the cracks is oil pulling.  I am so happy that this therapy is beginning to pick up speed.  Which is hard to do in our society of, ‘I want it now or not at all’.  Oil pulling takes time, effort, and a lot of patience, but if you are willing to put in the effort, you will see the benefits.  Like so many other natural remedies, people give up too soon.  I challenge you to stick with this.

What is oil pulling?

Oil pulling simply refers to the way you work the oil in your mouth.  Think of it as ‘pulling’ all the harmful bacteria out of your mouth.  Once you place oil in your mouth and work it through all the gaps and hard-to-reach places of your teeth, it will strip the bacteria where bacteria likes to hide.  The fatty molecules in the oil attract and bond with the fatty membrane that surrounds each microorganism cell.  It will strip your teeth from the harmful bacteria and you get to spit all the bacteria away!  This case study showed great results in the reduction of plaque and gingival indices in just 30 days!

So what oil do we use?

Many oils have been used with this technique but the more we learn about all the health benefits of coconut oil, it is clearly the right choice.  Organic coconut oil  facilitates the absorption of calcium, allowing our teeth to become stronger.  It also helps to stop tooth decay.  Because the oil has antiviral and antibacterial properties, it can remove stain-causing bacteria that will then produce whiter teeth.  Some studies have even shown that body inflammation is reduced simply because of the reduction of bacteria in the mouth allowing a detoxification of the body.

How do we oil pull?

Now this is where stamina and patience comes into play.  The thought behind successful oil pulling is that it needs to be done on an empty stomach, so first thing in the morning is the obvious choice.  Take about 1-2 tsps of organic coconut oil (some people like to add essential oils to their oil) and start swooshing away.  If the oil is not softened then just start chewing; the heat of your mouth will have it melted in no time.  You will need to do this at least 20 minutes, 3x a week.  Don’t worry, you will need to work your way up to this time.  The best way to start is to oil pull while you are in the shower.  This saves time and keeps your mind off the fact that you are swooshing oil in your mouth for what seems to be hours.  When your mouth has had it, spit it out and DO NOT SWALLOW.  Remember, the oil is now packed with bacteria from your mouth.  You want it all out of your body.  Just spit it out in the trash, rinse throughly and then brush your teeth like normal. I finish it off with a homemade mouthwash that is amazing.  You can read my blog entry on how to make your own mouthwash here.

Once you have gained this habit, you should start to see a noticeable improvement in your overall dental hygiene in 3-6 months.  This is such a cost-effective way to clean up your mouth.  It’s a shame more people do not have the discipline to develop this habit.

Again, people like to add in a drop of essential oils too.  We just can’t seem to get away from our mint addiction when it comes to dental hygiene.   Thieves  is a great choice for its antibacterial properties or Peppermint  is great EO choice for its popular ‘minty’ and tingleing sensation.

Happy pulling!

If you’re like me, you want to rid your home of as many toxins as you can.  One of the simplest changes you can make is your hand soap.  With this easy, 4-ingredient recipe for liquid hand soap, you’ll be setting your own custom-looking jars around each sink of your house in no time!  Not only will you be eliminating harsh hand soaps, you will be saving money with this very inexpensive method.  WIN!

What you need for your liquid hand soap:

– Mason Jars
–  Foaming Pump attachments
– Distilled Water
– Castile Soap
– Vitamin E Oil
– Anti-Bacterial Essential Oil

IMG_0282.jpg

If you don’t already have your jars and pumps, hop on over to Amazon and get them ordered.  They are super affordable and you can choose the designs from the comfort of your home.

When I make soap, I make a large batch and refill my jars once a month unless we run out before then.  This recipe will make one jar.

– 1 cup distilled water
– 1/3 cup Castile Soap
– 1/2 half dropper Vitamin E oil (this oil has Avocado oil and Jojoba oil in it)
– 10-15 drops of your choice of anti-bacterial essential oil (I prefer Thieves or Purification).

Pour water into jar.  In a measuring cup add soap, vitamin E oil, and EO (adding in the vitamin E oil gives you a moisturizing hand soap).  Pour mix into water and attach lid.   After you have attached the lid, give the jar a couple shakes and you are all set.  I told you it was simple!  The foaming hand pump attachment really allows your soap to go a long way.  You will never buy commercial soap again!!

The World’s Best Homemade Ice Cream

My favorite treat growing up on the ranch was my mom’s homemade ice cream.   We didn’t get it very often which made it even more special!  It seemed like it took days for that old ice cream maker to work its magic.  My sister, dad, and I would watch my mom fish out the paddle attachment knowing that she would soon be handing it over to us to get the first lick…..heaven!

My mom very willingly shared her recipe but mine just never quite tasted the same.  I am convinced it was because she made her ice cream with absolute love.  Love is a secret ingredient, you know!

I just recently mastered her recipe.  Now my children beg for homemade ice cream as much as I did as a kid.  Of course, I use all organic ingredients now.  I have even dabbled into a couple different flavors and have found a family favorite!  I felt guilty about keeping it all to myself, so here it is.  Enjoy!

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

Recipe:

– 6 large organic eggs

– 3 cups organic sugar

– 15 drops Peppermint Vitality  EO (if you do not use Young Living EOs then DO NOT   ingest EOs.  Use an extract instead)

– 1 Tbsp vanilla

– dash of salt

– 2 quarts organic half and half

– 3 pints organic heavy whipping cream

-1 10 ounce bag organic mini chocolate chips

You will also need:

Homemade Ice Cream Maker (I highly recommend this one)

– Ice Cream Salt

– Ice

Directions:

  1.  Beat eggs in mixer until fluffy.  Add sugar, flavoring, and salt.

IMG_0264

  1.  Turn mixer on low and add cream one pint at a time.  This will fill the entire mixer  bowl.  Pour mix into ice cream container and add remaining half and half.
  2. Attach container to ice cream maker and turn on.
  3. Add layers of salt and ice until ice reaches the lid of container.
  4. Half way through the process, when you see the ice cream starting to thicken, shut off machine and carefully pull lid off (DO NOT LET ANY ICE WATER GET INTO ICE CREAM).  Pour bag of chocolate chips in and start machine back up until finished.
  5. You will know it’s finished when the motor is slowing down.
  6. When finished the ice cream will be soft.  Store in freezable containers in the fridge.

IMG_0267.jpg

This recipe makes 6 quarts so you will need to adjust your recipe if your ice cream maker is smaller.

*RAW EGG WARNING… This recipe contains raw eggs.  Make sure you are using the freshest eggs possible.

Why You Need To Be Using Rose Water

We have obsessed about skin care for centuries.  Outside of weight control, I would say this is the most sought-out product search for women today.  Everyone wants to find the ‘Fountain of Youth’.  Sadly most of the body and skin care lines on the market today also come filled with toxic chemicals.  I am here to help change that.  Technology is a very good thing but in this case, I would like to allow history to give us a lesson.

According to www.royalsenseusa.com, roses have had a great purpose since ancient times.  They have been used medicinally, nutritionally, and as a source of perfume.  Ancient Greeks, Romans, and Phoenicians considered large rose gardens just as important as crop lands.  It is said that Cleopatra, the famous Egyptian queen, was considered to be among the most beautiful women in the world.  She was a big fan of the healing and beautifying qualities of bathing in rose water.  Therefore, if rose water was good enough for her, it should definitely be good enough for us.

Could the majority of our skin care line really be replaced by rose water?  “Rose water has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the redness of irritated skin, get rid of acne, dermatitis and eczema.  It is a great cleanser and aids in removing oil and dirt accumulated in clogged pores”, says Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj, Skincare Expert.  Let’s take a look at other benefits of rose water….

-Rose water has been shown to have antibacterial properties that are useful in cuts and scraps
-It also helps to clean out pores and shrink them while strengthening skin cells and regenerating them
-It can be used as an anti-inflammatory and used to reduce blood pressure
-Works great as a hair conditioner and on dandruff
-Many people use it in their cooking for many different reasons

How about that for the win?  Still need more benefits?  Check this Site out to learn more on the ‘beauty’ benefits of rose water.

Today the harvest of beautiful rose petals are in high demand.  After all, it takes 10,000 roses to make one 5ml bottle of rose essential oil.  Knowing that, this might make the price of rose EO more acceptable to you.  But if you just can’t justify spending $75 on pure rose essential oil, then rose water is your next best option.

So what is rose water?  Rose water is simply a by-product of the distillation process and a more affordable one at that.  Rose water is made by steeping rose petals in water.  Simple…right?  Of course you want the best quality of rose petals.  Your best option would be to grow your own organic plants.  If this is more effort than you want to put into making your rose water, then shop for a good quality petal. I have purchased rose petals from Mountain Rose Herbs and have been pleased with their quality.

What You Need To Make Your Own Rose Water With Dried Rose Petals:

– Dried Organic Rose Petals
– Distilled Water (tap water often has bacteria in it)
– Funnel
– Glass Bowl and Glass Jars (avoid metal or plastic)
– Organic Nut Milk Bag
– Glass Spray Bottles

What you Need To Make Your Own Rose Water With Rose EO:

– Rose Essential Oil (make sure and use 100% pure EO and not scented oil.  This is the only line of EOs I trust.)
– Distilled Water
– Witch Hazel
– Glass Jars (avoid metal or plastic)
– Funnel
– Glass Spray Bottles

If you are making rose water with dried rose petals, make sure you have all your supplies sanitized and ready to go.

  1.  Place 1/4 cup of dried petals inside jar or bowl.
IMG_0246.jpg

Double Batch Shown Here

2.  Pour 1 1/4 cups of very hot water (not boiling) over petals, cover and steep for 15 minutes.
3.  Once water has cooled down, transfer the rose water into another jar by filtering the water through a nut bag. (Make sure the water has cooled down!)

4.  Funnel water into a spray/mist bottle and store in the fridge.  You will need to use your rose water within a week.

If you are making rose water with rose EO the process is even easier.  Again, make sure all your jars, bowls, and spray bottles are sanitized.

1. Place 1 cup of distilled water in a jar.
2. Dilute 12 drops of rose EO in 2 Tbsp. of witch hazel (if you do not dilute your EO first, it will separate in the water).
3. Add rose blend to water, cover with lid and shake.
4. Funnel water into spray/mist bottle and store in fridge.  You will need to use your rose water within a week.

Okay you’ve made your rose water, now how do you use it?  Just some of the ways I like to use rose water are:

– Use it as a toner right after I cleanse my face.  You can either mist it or use with organic cotton and dab gently on face.  The process will leave your face feeling clean and tightened.  It really helps in the shrinking of those nasty pores!
– Use 1 cup in your bath water for an intoxicating experience.  The aroma encourages feelings of positive self-reflection and can create an uplifted feeling when inhaled.  I know that’s just what I need at the end of a long day!
– Use as a natural perfume.  NO MORE TOXIC PERFUMES!
– Use as a makeup setter.  Just mist over your finished makeup and set that face.
– Use as a wonderful linen spray.
– Set a bottle in the guest bathroom for those *stinky* moments.

I hope this encourages you to make your own rose water!  Now you know what to do with all those beautiful flowers.

Happy Spritzing!!

Homemade Mouthwash

Dental hygiene….the very habit that can make or break a date.  So many people go to extreme measures to cover up offensive mouth odor instead of fixing the problem. After all, minty-chewing gum and breath mints are in high demand.

What about knowing how to eliminate the bacteria that is growing inside your mouth? Two great solutions you can utilize are:  using a bacteria-killing mouthwash and oil pulling (we will get to oil pulling in another blog).

Give your mouth six months and you will be amazed at the improvement in your oral hygiene.  By eliminating the growing bacteria, you eliminate most of your hygiene issues.

First let’s talk about a good, alcohol-free mouthwash.  Better yet, let’s talk about making your own for merely pennies.  By making your own, you are in complete control of what goes into your mouthwash.  I have eliminated all toxic home and body care products in  the past year.  I can feel my body responding positively and my hair and skin have never been so soft!  When choosing a mouthwash, it is very important to me that I am not putting anything harmful into my body for the sake of ‘covering up oder’.  There is no alcohol or any other toxic ingredients that you will need to worry about in this recipe.

The supplies you need to make your own mouthwash are:

1.  1 pint Mason jar with lid
2.  Distilled water
3.  Colloidal Silver (Research Colloidal Silver)
4.  Stevia
5.  6 EOs (we will talk about later)

Using colloidal silver has so many benefits.  According to the Global Healing Center, “Silver kills harmful organisms and this is why colloidal silver is used to disinfect water. Historically, silver was used to preserve milk.  Settlers would drop a silver dollar in the milk jug to keep it from spoiling.  Babies were fed with silver spoons because those that did were generally perceived to be healthier.”  Read more on the specifics of how colloidal silver combats harmful organisms.  Needless to say, if you don’t have colloidal silver in your home, you need to!

The 6 essential oils you will use are:

1.  2 drops Peppermint (Vitality)
2.  2 drops  Lemon (Vitality)
3.  2 drops Cinnamon Bark (Vitality)
4.  1 drop Clove (Vitality)
5.  1 drop Spearmint (Vitality)
6.  1 drop Eucalyptus Radiata
(Click on each oil to learn about the benefits) Not all essential oils are the same so be aware of using oils that have synthetic ingredients or are anything less than 100%  unadulterated essential oils.  It’s critical to your health.  These are the only brand of Essential Oils I trust!

Let’s make some mouthwash!

Fill mason jar with:
-1 cup distilled water
-3 Tbsp Colloidal Silver
-2 Tbsp Stevia
-Add essential oils

You can adjust the ingredients to your own tasting.  Make sure to use the mouthwash after you brush and floss your teeth (at least twice and day).  Swoosh your mouth for 60 seconds each time.  DO NOT SWALLOW!  Remember we are combating bacteria so we do not want any of it to go back into our system.

Let me know if you made your own mouthwash and if you adjusted the ingredients in any way.
Happy Swooshing!

How to Help a Sore Throat

It never fails.  The little voice coming from the bedroom exclaiming, “Mommy!  I have a sore throat!”  What’s a mom to do?  I don’t know about your kids, but mine can milk a sore throat for all it’s worth.  Luckily, I have found a method that works wonders on those hurting throats in my household.

I have a cabinet in my house that is just for ‘cold’ emergencies and my kids know the routine.  At the first sign of a sore throat, we immediately put in action a salt-water gargle routine.  They will do this 3x a day for as long as their throats are hurting.

Sore Throat Gargle

-4 oz. water
-2 drops of Thieves Vitality EO
-2 tsp. of sea salt

(Lavender lip balm applied first will help with chapped, cracked lips)

Stir well and gargle right away.  I ask them to count to 10 in their head each time.

Call me old-fashioned, but I still don’t think there is anything better than a spoonful of organic honey to smooth that throat.  After they have finished gargling, they get a spoonful of nature’s candy.

I also keep a 10ml Roller bottle filled with a blend that warms and soothes the throat.  We rub this right below their ears and down their throat.  As with any EO, if you get it in your eye, DO NOT WASH OUT WITH WATER.  Use a carrier oil like olive oil and flush the eye out.

-20 drops Frankincense
-20 drops Peppermint
-20 drops Lavender
-15 drops Wintergreen
-15 drops Eucalyptus Globulus

– 15 drops Copaiba

-Then fill bottle with equal parts of a carrier oil.  I prefer organic jojoba oil, or grape-seed oil.

Diffuse Purification  morning and night, especially as they are going to bed.
